MARTINI & ROSSI.
Dry Martini: 1 Part dry vermouth, 4 parts of vodka, 1 Olive. Mixed with Ice, Stir well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, squeeze from lemon peel onto the drink a garnish with a olive.
Manhattan: 5 Parts Bourbon, 2 parts sweet vermouth, A dash of angostura bitters, stirred over ice, strained into a chilled glass, garnished with a Marraschino cherry, and served straigh up in a cocktail glass.
Bronx: 6 Parts Gin, 3 parts Sweet Red Vermouth, 2 Parts Dry Vermouth, 3 Parts Orange Juice, and Dash with a orange bitters, “Perfect Bronx” Shake well with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
Rob Roy: 5 Parts Scotch Wisky, 3 Parts Dry vermouth, Dash Angostura bitters, stirred over ice, serve straight up into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
Gibson: 1 Part dry vermouth, & 6 parts Gin, Stir in a shaker with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass & garnish with a pickled onions..
Negroni: 1 Part Gin, 1 part Campari, 1 Part red vermouth. Stir into a old fashioned glass, garnish with a orange twist peel and serve on the rocks!
Tinto de Verano: 1 Part Red Vermouth, 1 Part Red Wine, 1 Part Soft drink. Mixed and serve well a chilled long drink glass on the rocks and garnish with a lemon slice.
Rose: 9 Parts Dry Vermouth, 2 Parts Brandy, 3 Parts Kirsch, and garnish with a Marraschino Cherry. Shake all together, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Americano: 3 Parts Sweet Vermouth, 3 Parts Campari. Pour over ice add a splash of Soda Water, garnish with a half orange slice and serve into a old fashioned glass on the rocks.
Vesper: 1 Part Vermouth, 3 Parts Dry Gin, 1 Part Vodka, 1/2 Part Kina Lillet. Shake over ice until well chilled, strain into a goblet and garnish with a thin slice of lemon peel.
